Exhibition venues
Where we work
The trade fair and congress centres where we staff stands most often. The list covers only venues whose operation we checked — we do not copy names from other listings.

Why this list is shorter than it could be
Plenty of directories list Polish exhibition centres that have not operated for years. We checked every entry separately and two of them dropped out: Expo Silesia in Sosnowiec has, according to available sources, been closed since 2021, and Expo Mazury in Ostróda has a parked domain and appears in trade directories as shut.
The core of the list comes from the membership register of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry rather than from scattered mentions. A few venues we could not confirm in time are deliberately absent — a shorter list is better than one that sends an exhibitor to an address that no longer exists.
A venue is not always in the town it is named after
This is the most common source of confusion when planning arrival. Ptak Warsaw Expo sits in Nadarzyn, outside the Warsaw city boundary and outside the public transport network. The Exhibition and Congress Centre of the Podkarpackie Province operates in Jasionka, roughly ten kilometres from the centre of Rzeszów, next to the airport.
For a crew that means a different start to the day and a different cost calculation — at the out-of-town venues it runs to about two extra hours per person per day. Each entry below gives the town the venue is actually in, not the one in its trading name.

Trading names change with sponsors, so we use the official name of the operator. If you were given a different one, send it over and we will confirm which venue it refers to.
