What is specific about this market
Wrocław runs on technology, shared services and outsourcing, and that shows in who sits in the room. At a large share of conferences here part of the audience does not speak Polish, so working in English is the baseline rather than an upgrade. Events cluster along the axis running from the Old Town through Przedmieście Świdnickie to plac Grunwaldzki, where hotels, universities and event spaces sit within walking distance of one another.
Consumer campaigns move further out, to the residential districts of Krzyki, Gaj and Psie Pole — a different job with a different audience and a different pace. For an exhibitor the practical point is availability: the pool of people who work comfortably in English is deep here, which is not true of every Polish city, but during conference season everyone books from that same pool.
