One track is off-site conferences that use the mountains, the other regional meetings in the centre of town. The first kind changes the shape of the assignment: the crew works several days in a row and stays on site, so accommodation and travel appear as separate lines in the quote rather than being folded into an hourly rate.
The spa district adds a third setting with a slower pace and an older audience, where legible signage and a printed programme do more for the day than an extra pair of hands.
