What is specific about this market
The range here is unusually wide: from tightly focused trade events to large consumer exhibitions. Staff suited to one are often wrong for the other, so we ask about the character of the event before counting people. At trade events the job is to identify the decision-maker; at consumer ones it is throughput and stamina.
From May onwards, business events overlap with the tourist season along the coast, which means competing for staff with hospitality and higher accommodation costs for crews travelling in. May, June and September bookings close earlier than winter ones.
