What is specific about this market
The Exhibition and Congress Centre of the Podkarpackie Province opened in 2016 and offers over 16,000 m² of space with a congress hall seating 872. To a client both addresses read as “Rzeszów”, but logistically they are half an hour apart and require different transport arrangements.
We set that out in the quote from the start. On multi-day events the daily return journey makes a visible difference to cost, and the crew’s start time has to be moved forward accordingly.
