The plants in the industrial zone account for most of the bookings: partner meetings, open days, product presentations. Where guests come from abroad, having staff who work in English or German is a condition rather than an extra, and it belongs in the first message — it narrows the field of available people more than the number of staff ever does.

It is worth separating two things that sound alike in an order. Our staff work in a foreign language within their own tasks: greeting, registration, directing guests, and talking about the product inside the brief. Interpreting a presentation or a commercial negotiation is a different service and needs an interpreter — we say so at the quoting stage rather than mid-meeting.
