What is specific about this market
Entry times, breaks and group movement are fixed by the castle and cannot be shifted to suit a programme. Planning therefore starts from those times, not from programme preferences, and the crew is briefed on them before the day begins — the most common question a guest asks is not about the agenda but about when their own group goes in.
Where a formal part is combined with a visit, we agree in advance who keeps time: the guide, the organiser or our staff. Without that decision a group slips on one entry and the rest of the day slides with it, while responsibility spreads across three parties. Assigning one named person to group flow solves it more reliably than any amount of scheduling.
